Joy in the Journey
Welcome to my in-home studio! I teach students from first grade to adults of all ages and at all playing levels. I teach traditional piano lessons, teaching students to become proficient music readers. We cover all genres of music-from Bach and Beethoven to Broadway and beyond!
A typical piano lesson for a student will consist of playing a music theory game, playing what they practiced during week, getting new repertoire as well as “off-the-bench” activities to help add variety and reinforce musical concepts. Students are engaged from beginning to end!
Lessons run late August through mid May. Students are required to take three summer lessons in order to maintain their spot in the studio for the upcoming fall.
Tuition
30 minute lesson
$90 per month per student
Tuition is based on 32 lessons from September through May. 30 minute lessons, one per week, are usually reserved for younger students in grades 1-2. Mrs. Jones will help decide the appropriate lesson length for the student. Tuition does not include miscellaneous fees such as books, contest fees, etc. A non-refundable, registration fee of $30 per student is required at enrollment time. You may pay monthly, by semester, or the entire year in full. Full studio policies are provided upon enrollment.
40 minute lesson
$118 per month per student

Sing!
